Te Wa
TEWA, or "time will tell" in Maori, is a Moldovan brand led by a fondness for exploration and passion for great wines. TEWA represents a pure expression of the natural elements. Our vineyards are located in Moldova in the region of Stefan Voda, famous for its perfect terroir for strong full-bodied wines. Our grapes are hand-picked selectively, in 10kg boxes. The small quantities allow us to organize harvesting in the early morning, followed by a day of cooling in fridges. This significantly contributes to maintaining the aromatic profile of the grapes and the prime quality of the wines. The winemaking process takes place with minimal intrusion upon the grapes. Most of the moves of the wine in the cellars use gravitation, not mechanical actions. Our wines are distinguished by their craft style, bearing the signature of their author. Fascinating and seductive, they tell the stories of their land and people.
