4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. Delivery Zones: We currently deliver to Belgium. *For exceptional deliveries within the European Union and internationally, please contact us by email.
4.2. Delivery Times: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location: Belgium: 2-3 business days, EU: 3-7 business days.
4.3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping is available for orders over €100 within Belgium.
4.4. Delivery Issues: If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the products, without providing a reason.
