Nose: aroma of spring flowers, green apples, apricots.

Mouth: a light fruity taste of citrus fruits, pear, apples, apricot, cookies, toast with a nice aftertaste and reduced acidity. Amazing taste!

Winemaking notes

Traditional French Method “champenoise”, at least 2 years maturation in bottles. The sparkling wine is vinified according to the classic French method, with aging in the bottle for at least two years. It is this process that gives it its authentic character, its fruitiness and its fine minerality. The white gold color and appealing creamy character are the highlights of this sparkling wine that aims to flatter your senses. Temperature to keep the wine at: from +8°C to +10°C
