Novak Limited Edition Alb de Onitcani
A dry orange wine, intriguing and unusual, due to maceration with the skins of white grapes from Alb de Onitcani, a local variety. Warm color, a light natural sediment, typical for this wine. First nose is rich in citrus fruits, an easy note of benzol which follows it. An expressive, pure, complex wine, with a fine smoky touch of autumn. In the mouth, it explodes orange zest and jammy orange pulp, the zest and juice of a white and pink grapefruit. A fresh aftertaste, followed by a bouquet of jammy citrus fruits, one note of grapeseed oil, light and pleasant tannins, very long in the mouth, perfectly balanced and delicious. A treasure for lovers of expressive and unusual white wines !
