Tasting notes
A dry red wine, ruby color, a seductive fruity aroma with a hint of pomegranate, complex aromas of chocolate, plum and small red fruits, morello cherries. The taste is full, satiny, notes of dried fruits, vanila and cloves, red cherry, blueberries, gently transforming into an aftertaste of black fruits and nuances of velvety oak. A fairly long and persistent fruity aftertaste. It reminds of the Italian Sangiovese only that it is more pronounced or the assembly between Pinot noir and Grenache.
